1. Study the form and directions for time recording contained in the Time Recording Log (PDF).  Also read the Time Recording Log FAQ.
   
   
2. Below are links to some sample student Time Log forms.  For each sample, identify the mistakes the student made completing the form (if any). You may submit your solution in one of two ways:
   • Print each sample and make neat handwritten annotations directly on the sample.
   • Type a short explanation of each mistake on a separate document. (follow the course writing guidelines).
