The Time Logger is a Windows desktop utility that works like a stopwatch. Its intent is to help programmers keep track of their time. It is a useful aid in following the Personal Software Process (PSP). I've also created some PSP forms and scripts for students to use on their projects.

This is a very simple general purpose metrics tool for Windows. It counts the number of non-blank lines in a text file. It has a controls for letting the user specify file filters so multiple files can be processed together.
