Team Organization and Team Member Role Descriptions.

This is a simple description of your team jelling process (has it gone smoothly?)  What is your team structure?  Democratic, consensus, strong central manager?

Each team member should have assigned a role, or roles in the team structure.  This is not necessarily fixed, but the team should describe the rough allocation of roles to its members at this point (a member may have several roles, several may share roles, be sure all necessary roles are covered and weekly reports or check-ins are required for those tasks during team meetings.)

Also describe a typical meeting agenda at this point.

This should be written on one page with an attached cover sheet.
