The Project Retrospective meeting is a chance for your team to reflect
on
the team project experience and to summarize lessons learned.
Assign
someone to be a recorder to take notes and then write a report
summarizing
the team discussion.
You might want to organize your discussion around the following
project
categories:
- Management (including meetings, action items, schedule,
development process.)
- Quality
- Communication / Coordination
- Group Dynamics
- Technical
- Tools
- Training
- Other
The main objective is to identify areas of success and issues that need
improvement.
The following questions are good for getting discussion started and
for keeping the conversation focused.

tactics
worked well for us?
Problems

workaround
them?
Weaknesses

areas of weakness for our team? What aspects of team functioning need
improvement?
