I expect the following artifacts to be produced by the teams on a reasonable schedule:

1. Vision and Scope Document
2. Risks Document
3. Use Case Document
4. Requirements Document (SRS)
5. Formal Specifications Document (RSL)
6. Acceptance Test Plan
7. User Manual
8. UI prototype

I have been asked whether individual teams may work out the schedule of milestones.
The answer is yes, but I will (as upper level management) have veto power if I believe there
is a problem with it.  Please have a meeting and when the schedule is decided, write me a
memo with the schedule and short justification for anything out of the ordinary.  I will get
back to you with approval if it makes sense to me, or we may have further discussions.

This task must be completed early in the process!  Do not delay!
