Iteration 1 Deliverables, Estimates, and Assignments

• Identify the deliverables you intend to provide in Iteration 1
• Assign tasks to team members to meet deliverables (more like volunteer for tasks and make sure they all get covered by someone)
• Assign time estimates for each task (by task owner, not team lead)

Iteration 1

Iteration 1 should include the following at a minimum:

• Vision and Scope Document (in LaTeX - start with template in PolyLearn)
• Competitive Analysis (in Vision and Scope Document)
• Team Name and Logo
• Project created in Project Management tool
• Iteration, User Story (create Vision and Scope Document), and Tasks (with estimated and actual times) in Project Management tool
