GroupSystems uses the familiar concept of a meeting --
even if your participants happen to be scattered across
the globe. You create an agenda listing the activities
you want to accomplish, such as brainstorming,
categorizing ideas, and voting. Typically, the
activities involve GroupSystems tools, but you can add
other types of activities as well, such as viewing a
spreadsheet or slide show.
