This is the entry point to the Web pages for the CSC 581 Computer Support for Knowledge Management class during the Winter 2023 term. Material will be added to these pages during the course of the quarter.
  • Instructor’s class Web pages: General class information, such as syllabus, schedule, assignment specifications; see the links on the navigation bar
  • Canvas: Grades, submission of labs and assignments (sometimes via pointers to Web questionnaires). Powerpoint, PDF and Keynote versions of the lecture slides will be made available to students via Canvas or Slack. the Keynote version is the one I actually use in the lectures, and contains last-minute changes. I will add slides as the semester progresses. Only accessible to enrolled students.
  • Knowledge Management and 'AI Nuggets' Evernote notebooks: Collection of snippets for the selection of project and research topics; see also a related notebook on User-Centered Design. These notebooks are getting a bit outdated since I've been using Slack and other ways of sharing interesting items.
