where username is your login name on hertz.
You find the instructions for setting up a homepage on hertz:
On the hertz system, the only WWW browser I am aware of is "lynx"; on the Sun systems in the GITC building you can use NetScape, which has a graphical user interface and is more fun to work with. If you have a modem and computer at home, you might also be able to do it from there. I do not have experience with that option however; you probably need a PPP connection, and I'm not sure if this is available here at NJIT.
Your homepage, however, will have to be installed on hertz. That means you either have to edit it on hertz, or do it on a Sun, and then transfer it via ftp to hertz. Instructions on the use of the HTML language can be found on hertz under the NJIT home page, or through the Netscape browser.
