Activities:
Each team will give a 18-minute oral presentation of their work for the
quarter. The following are general guidelines for the presentations:

Prepare the presentation on appropriate media.

Practice your presentation at least once in advance for timing.

Suggested presentation outline and timing:

Problem analysis
-
1-2 minutes; keep it short, since the class has seen this information
before.

Provide an executive summary for the project, including who the selected
clients are; refine things from the mid-term presentation as appropriate.

You can briefly mention any particularly interesting customer discussions or
negotiations.

End User Requirements & Prototype
-
10-12 minutes.
-
Cover most interesting aspects of the scenarios in Section 2 of the spec
document, via the prototype where operational

Highlights of the Formal Spec
-
5-7 minutes.
-
Cover most interesting, high-level objects and operations from Section 5 of the
spec.
-
DO NOT show slides with lots of Java/JML code; show large-font
Java/JML excerpts and/or UML diagrams.
-
Plan to answer questions during and/or after presentation.
