New, Open, Close

Zero or more gradebooks may be open at any time. The name of the currently active gradebook is listed in the title of the gradebook window and the command menu bar. Additionally, the Window menu lists currently open gradebooks.

Close closes the currently active gradebook. Close All closes all currently open gradebooks.

Save, Save As, Save All

Save saves the current active gradebook to disk under the last filename it was saved under. Save As saves the currently active gradebook to disk and prompts the user for a new filename. Save All invokes Save for every open gradebook.

Print, Export

Print opens up a printing dialog for the currentlyopen gradebook. The print dialog should have options for printing all subcategories or the current view of subcategories.

Export opens up a dialog to export grades to a server that students connect to. This saves a new file that contains the data for the gradebook as it was when you exported it.
