The user is on the manager screen with a class already created, as well as an existing tutorial. The user selects the 'New Page' button. The manager pops up the dialoge to create a new page.
A page is either a tutorial page, or a quiz. The user inputs the name after selecting whether the page is a tutorial or quiz page. The user also selects which tutorial the page is placed under.
The user then presses 'OK.' The manager then takes the user over to the quiz or tutorial editor, depending on what page type was selected. After the user returns from the editor, the manager shows the page in the list.
