2.2.1 Test Selection
The test selection dialog presents the test creator with a list of tests that
he/she has created. The first column displays the class the test was written for,
the second displays the test's name, and the third displays the number of questions
in the given test.

From here, if the user clicks:
- New - An untitled test is generated, and the user is taken to the basic test creation wizard.
- Open - The user is taken to the test customization for the currently highlighted test.
- Delete - A yes/no confirmation popup appears. If the user selects "yes", the test is deleted from the test bank.
