This document defines the requirements for a basic test generation tool. This tool allows instructors to easily generate tests based on provided parameters, such as test difficulty and time allowed for the test. This tool can also consider other factors, if the user wishes, in the process of generating tests, such as whether certain questions have been used in recently generated tests or not. With the test generator's permission, students can then take these generated tests, and have their answers saved in a reliable electronic manner.
