The Test Tool addresses the following problems:

  1. providing a method for educators to generate tests with multiple choice, short answer, long answer, file upload, and code answers

  2. providing secure test administration

  3. providing secure posting of graded tests for student viewing
Other products try to solve these issues, the Test Tool provides improvements over the existing products. The specific problems that the Test Tools solves are:

  1. adminstrating of programming code tests

  2. generating tests by class and expected test duration

  3. generating tests with questions that have not been asked within a given time frame
The Test Tool addresses the needs of customer that requires more types of test generation than what current products offer. The Test Tool provides the feature of grading and administering code tests. The Test Tool also allows files uploaded by the students as answers for grading pictures or models.
