2.6. Progress Report Tool
The Progress Report Tool is found in each individual class along the vertical left side of the screen. After choosing a class, along the top bar, navigate to REPORTS to access the
progress report tool. CLASS->REPORTS. Once the administrative user selects CLASS(x)->REPORTS, Figure 1 will be displayed.

The initial administrative view of the tool allows the user to pick from a variety of options.
As the options are selected, the example progress report will be modified to display
the changes the useri has selected. Initially the current selected options are displayed by default
but the user may deselect them. The graded column will be checked if there is a score inputted for the
assignment. The graded column check boxes are for the user display the status of the assignment.
The options are on and off switches. The user can select any or all of the options
as they choose. To email out these progress report, the option "Email progress report" must be checked.
That option allows the student to view their progress report through this program or the report emailed to them.
- When "Show all scores" is selected, all of the grades are visible. When it is deselected only
the overall score for each category will be displayed and the individual scores hidden.
- When "Show percentages" is selected, there will be another column to display "score/total".
on the assignment.
- When "Show letter grade" is selected, the letter grade for the assignment will be displayed as another column(example further down).
- When "Show percentage" is selected, the percentage for assignments will be displayed (example further down).
- When "Show class rank" is selected, the class rank will be displayed (example further down).
- When "Show raw score" is selected, the scores are displayed next to the total.
The user may choose all of these options if desired and an acumulation of all these options
will be shown. No options can be selected as well with out adverse affects. If no options are selected,
only the overall scores on assignments will be displayed and the progress report will not be
emailed out. Given no options are selected, the only way for a student to access their progress report
would be to log in with their assigned information into this software since the progress report will not
be emailed out.
Figure 2.6.2 will be the actual progress report displayed to non-administrator user.

The non-administrator user will be displayed Figure 2.6.2 The user will only have access to view
his/her Progress Report. The user will only see what the adminstrative user allowed him/her to see per the administrators
selections from the available options. Nothing but the categories are clickable for this user.
This user can only navigate the sections to view their scores.

Figure 2.6.3 is what will be shown when the administrator chooses the "show letter grade" radio button.
This feature allows the student to see their current grade in the class instead of just the raw score.

Figure 2.6.4 is what will be shown when the administrator chooses the "show percentage" radio button.
This feature allows the student to see their percentages on assignments.
This feature adds another column "percentage" to the progress report with the score divided by the total on
an assignment.

Figure 2.6.5 is what will be shown when the administrator chooses the "show class rank" radio button
This feature allows the student to see their current class rank. This is shown by a fraction.
The first number is their place, and the second number the total number of students.
