The CSTutor program includes features for students and instructors to contact one another and exchange information. The first of these features is the CStutor's built-in Frequently Asked Questions functionality. With it, users view questions asked by the students or posted by the instructors. All users possess the ability to view the FAQ, but only registered student users are able to ask questions and only registered instructors have the ability to edit the inquiries. The second communication feature in the CSTutor program is a web-based chat room. All users possess the ability to join and participate in CSTutor chats.
