  • Powerpoint Presentation Tool
  • Notepad
  • Messenger/Roster
  • Lecture Editor
  • Lecture Navigation Tool
  • Overlay Navigation Tool
  • Drawing Tools

Some of the Major Operations include:

  • Taking Role (Roster)
  • Saving Notes (Notes)
  • Linking/Bookmarking Lectures to Notes (Notes)
  • Seeking Slides (Lect. Nav.)
  • Permissions/Lockdown
  • Setting Opacity (Overlay Nav.)
  • Drawing on Overlays (Drawing Tools)
  • Classroom Configuration (Installation)

The way this is structured is in a fashion where the main window will be the Lecture Viewer/Navigation, and the rest of the applications appear as separate pop-up windows, which can be accessed through the main top menu.

Some elements to take special note/care of when implementing:

  • Saving Notes - Make sure it will save a small file and saves correctly without being corrupted
  • Permissions - Make sure to constantly check the permissions as they are a central element of how actions are carred out
  • Remote Access - Make sure a student is properaly able to connect to classroom
  • Creating Drawing Tools - Probably should reference to Paint to get an idea how to implement these tools
