Citrix® GoToMeeting® is a web-based conferencing tool which allows a large number of users to view, in real time, any application on the host'sPC.

There are actually two pieces of closely-related software that are being treated as a unit here: GoToMeeting® and GoToWebinar®. These pieces of software, between them, come very close to what we are looking for.

• End-to-end AES-128 encryption
• Integrates with Outlook®, Office®, Lotus Notes®, and instant-messaging applications
• Client software available for Windows® and Mac® operating systems
• Save meetings locally, or on the server
• Phone conferencing and VoIP integrated into the system
• Web Services API (corporate version)
• Drawing features

Bad Features:

• Access to meetings tied to a single corporate entity
• Presentation master can be changed
• Application sharing features overly-robust for intended use

Missing Features:

• Class roster
• Integrated lecture software
• Question queue
• Looking through lecture asynchronously
