The link to 2.1.1 should be Instructor User Interface
The link to 2.1.2 should be Teaching Assistant User Interface
The link to 2.2.1 should be Instructor Class Setup
2.2.4 should be called something more descriptive, such as "Creating Templates"
at the very least make it Templates, so it's clear it's possible to have more than one template
2.3 should be called Editing the Gradebook, to match 2.4 and correct capitalization
The link to 2.6.3 should be Expand and Collapse
1 Introduction
Headline needs last period removed from section number
"Professors" should be changed to "instructors"
"Their websites" should be changed to "the CSC Department server"
Space needed here: "...functionality to add
assignments or students.Students use Easy Grader to..."
Take out this sentence, as this feature was removed from our requirements: "They also can use it to electronically submit their work; Easy Grader
will mark submissions with a timestamp that instructors can use for features
such as progressive grading."
First link should read "the Easy Grader project," not "the the Grader project"
1.1 Problem Statement
Headline needs last period removed from section number
"Teams" should be changed to "groups"
"Tests/quizzes/assignments/projects" should be changed to "graded items"
"Grade categories and assignments" should be changed to "categories and graded items"
Headline needs last period removed from section number
Third bullet should say "TAs," not "TA"
"the Easy Grader" should be changed to "Easy Grader"
"are able to" should be changed to "can"
"Teaching Assistant(TA) may also enter scores" should be changed to "Teaching Assistants (TAs) may also enter scores"

1.3 Operational Setting
"The Easy Grader System" should be changed to "Easy Grader"
1.4 Impacts
Headline needs last period removed from section number
"The grader tool" should be changed to "Easy Grader"
Remove this bullet point, as this feature was removed from our requirements: "integrated electronic turn-in of student work"
"Students ability" should be changed to "students' ability"
"Lessen" should be changed to "less" to match the other bullet points, which are nouns instead of verbs
"The grader tool uses combination" should be changed to "Easy Grader uses a combination"
"Mininum" should be changed to "minimum"
"May be compromise" should be changed to "may be compromised"
"Data has been disrupted" should be changed to "data has been corrupted"
"The security encryption" should be changed to "security" ("security encryption" doesn't make sense)
1.5 Related Systems
"The Grader Tool" should be changed to "Easy Grader"
"And the means to change that graphical" should be changed to "and the means to change that graphical representation"
This sentence: "A Weighting and organization system that is highly flexible, allowing the
grade book to be divided up however the user wishes and weights to range
from static to dependent on other students scores." should be: "An organization system that is highly flexible, allowing the
grade book to be divided up however the user wishes." None of our weighted grading options are dependent on other students' grades.
"For both students and teachers" should be changed to "for students, TAs, and instructors"
List of links has spacing issues
1.5.1 Thinkwave Educator
Some text still appears in browser's default font (CSS issues)
1.5.2 Gradelog Lite
Capitalization of program name is inconsistent ("Gradelog Lite" vs. "GradeLog Lite")
Some text still appears in browser's default font (CSS issues)
"excel-like" should be capitalized "Excel-like"
1.5.3 Easy Grade Pro
"excel-like" should be capitalized "Excel-like"
First two bullet points don't end with a period like other bullet points
1.5.4 Gradekeeper
"Enter assignment and scores" should be changed to either "enter assignments and scores" or "enter assignment scores"
"Many basic functionality" should be changed to just "basic functionality"
"There are many functions ... that's not included" should be changed to "there are many functions ... that aren't included"
Punctuation (ending with a period) is inconsistent on bullet points
"Able hotsync with your computer" should be changed to "able to hotsync with your computer"
"Limited maximum number of student in a class" should be changed to "Limited maximum number of students in a class"
"Limited maximum number of assignment" should be changed to "Limited maximum number of assignments"
1.5.5 Gradebook Power
Some text still appears in browser's default font (CSS issues)
"Save back up data" doesn't make sense and needs to be clarified
"Summary report are too comprehensive" should be changed to "summary reports are too comprehensive"
"Very few GUIs" -- what does this mean??
1.5.6 Feature Comparison Matrix No problems! Yay!
2 Functional Requirements
Some text still appears in browser's default font (CSS issues)
2.1 User Interface Overview
"Menu bar" should be lowercase "menu bar"
"Student information" should be lowercase "student information"
"Classes Grade Items" should be changed to "class's graded items"
Some text still appears in browser's default font (CSS issues)
"Clip board" should be one word "clipboard"
Verb tenses of toolbar buttons are inconsistent (Create, open, take, place, reverse, reapply vs. writes, prints, shows)
"Place whatever data fields is on the clip board onto the selected field" should be changed to "Place whatever data fields are on the clipboard into the selected field"
"Shows the instructor" should be changed to "shows the user"
"Two cartagories [!?] of menu" should be changed to "two kinds of menus"
"Grader Plus" should be changed to "Easy Grader"
"Teacher, Student and Teacher's Assistant" should be changed to "Instructor, Teaching Assistant, and Student"
In the description for Undo, "Class" should be lowercase "class"
In the description for Cut, "if those fields are pasted from the clipboard" should be removed, as Cut is not Paste!
In the description for Cut, "what so ever" should be one word "whatsoever"
"Grade Book" should be changed to "gradebook"
In the description for Find, "Grade Item" should be changed to "item"
In the description for Replace, "highlight" should be changed to "highlights"
In the description for Graph, "serperate" should be changed to "separate"
"item explorer" should be capitalized "Item Explorer"
"prediction mode" should be capitalized "Prediction Mode"
The descriptions for Color Coding should follow the same pattern as the other descriptions
"None displays all grades" instead of "None: All grades are displayed"
"Final Grades displays assignment grades in black but final grades colored by score" instead of "Final Grades: All assignemnt grades are displayed in black but final grades are colored by score"
"All Grades colors all grades" instead of "All Grades: All grades are colored"
In the descriptions for Sort By Last Name and First Name, "the student whos" should be changed to "the student whose"
"View->Sort By->Grade Item 1...n sorts" should be changed to "Other items in View->Sort By sort"
Figure 5 uses a poorly-made duplicate of a pre-existing image
Use menus-window.png instead of menu_window_all.png
Remove this sentence, as it is redundant with the previous paragraph: "Window->Window 1...n brings the window whos name is displayed into focus."
"Help->About Easy Grade" should be "Help->About Easy Grader"
"Version-Sensative Menus" should be changed to "Version-Sensitive Menus"
"The File and Class menus' contents" should be changed to "the File, Student, and Item menus' contents"
"The version of the program you're using" should be "the version of the program the user is using"
"Teacher's Assistant Interface" should be changed to "Teaching Assistant User Interface"
"Student User Interface Overview" should be changed to "Student User Interface"
The "Template" link should be removed, as that is a subsection of 2.2, not a subsection of 2.1!
2.1.1 Instructor User Interface
Link to this section is incorrectly called "Teacher User Interface"; see comments for Table of Contents
"Computers hard drive or disk drive" should be changed to "computer's hard drive or other disk drive" (possessive, and a hard drive qualifies as a disk drive)
In the description for New, remove the word "command"
In the description for Download Roster, remove the word "this"
In the description for Download Roster, "their username, password and the address" should be "their username, their password, and the address" (parallel structure)
In the description for Synchronize Roster, "mangage" should be "manage" and "dicussed" should be "discussed"
In the description for Post Gradebook, "designatated" should be "designated"
In the description for Fetch Gradebook, "assignements" should be "assignments"
In the description for Print Preview, "istructor" should be "instructor"
"Grade Book" should be changed to "gradebook"
"This includes assignments, categories and individual scores.Figure 8." should be changed to "This includes graded items, categories, and individual scores (Figure 8)."
Figure labels should be below images, not above.
"Grade Item" should be changed to "item"
"Catagory" should be "category" and "catagories" should be "categories"
Selecting Edit or Delete when nothing is selected does not bring up a list. The commands are disabled in this case.
Item->Group should refer to categories, not groups.
In the description for Item->Hide, "The selected disapears" should be "The selected item disappears"
"Item->Show->Grade Item 1...n" should be changed to "Item->Show"
In the description for Student->Group, "palced" should be "placed"
2.1.2 Teaching Assistant User Interface
Link to this section is incorrectly called "Teacher's Assistant User Interface"; see comments for Table of Contents
Figure labels should be below images, not above.
"Teaching Assistants File menu" should be "teaching assistant's File menu"
"the Teacher's" should be changed to "the instructor's"
"figure 10" should be capitalized "Figure 10"
"The Item menu facilitates the TAs communication with the classes teacher." should be "The Item menu facilitates the TA's communication with the class's teacher."
"figure 11" should be capitalized "Figure 11"
"Grade Book" should be changed to "gradebook"
This sentence lacks capitalization: "please reference section 2.1.1 for details."
"allows the Teaching Assistant collapse and expand" should be "allows the teaching assistant to collapse and expand"
"instructors'" should be "instructor's"
Second "please reference section 2.1.1 for details" should be its own sentence
2.1.3 Student User Interface
MAJOR ERROR: The Student File menu is NOT the same as the Teaching Assistant File menu! The Student File menu does not include the Post Gradebook command, whereas the Teaching Assistant File menu does.
"The Student version of Student menu" should be "The Student version of the Student menu"
"apear" should be "appear"
"Grade Book" should be changed to "gradebook"
"you can see this menu in Figure 13" should be its own sentence.
The final sentence is missing a period.
2.2 Setting Up a Grade Book
All links refer to this section as Initial Class Setup. Resolve this naming conflict (either change the heading or the links).
Headline needs last period removed from section number
The link to 2.2.3 should be Teaching Assistant Class Setup
2.2.4 should be called something more descriptive, such as "Creating Templates"
at the very least make it Templates, so it's clear it's possible to have more than one template
2.2.1 Instructor Class Setup
MAJOR: The heading for this section identifies it as 2.2. Setting Up a Grade Book!
"Grade book" should be one word "gradebook"
References to menu items are in single quotes and teletype font, instead of italics
There is no Host Name field, only a Server field
Figure 15 does not need a wizard interface, as there is only one step!
"Categories" should be lowercase "categories"
"Grade Items" should be changed to "items"
There is no Class->Add->Category. It's just Item->Add.
MAJOR: The description of adding items is incorrect
You don't start by adding categories; you start by adding graded items.
Inherit doesn't mean "the category has that feature"; it means "this property of this item is the same as the corresponding property of its parent."
The only field specific to a graded item is Due Date.
The only field specific to a category is Grading Scheme.
Clicking the Make Whatever button doesn't open a new dialog, it changes the one that's already open.
Study the behavior of the prototype.
"Further details about each field is" should be "Further details about each field are"
There is no Class->Save Category as Template. It's just File->Save.
MAJOR: The description of Figure 23 is incorrect
Better to remove this whole part, because 2.2.4 covers it
2.2.2 Student Class Setup
Some text still appears in browser's default font (CSS issues)
After "They are not required (or allowed) to create a class" should be a semicolon, NOT a comma
"Fetch Gradebok" should be "Fetch Gradebook"
"instructors account information" should be "instructor's account information"
"ok" should be capitalized "OK"
"Easy grader" should be capitalized "Easy Grader"
"Grade Book files" should be "gradebooks"
"Grade Book" should be "gradebook"
"All names and IDs but the students have been removed" should be "All names and IDs but the student's have been removed"
"the students
CalPoly account information" should be "the student's account information"
Figure 3 is not labeled
There is an extraneous "Figure 1" label floating around
2.2.3 Teaching Assistant Class Setup
A link to this section is incorrectly called Teacher's Assistant Class Setup; see the comments for 2.2
Some text still appears in browser's default font (CSS issues)
"Grade Book" should be "gradebook"
"includes names" should be "include names"
"They may enter scores" should be "Teaching assistants may enter scores"
Blank scores are blank, not hyphens
Hyphens are for missing assignments
Not like it matters, because TAs can change any grade, not just blank ones
2.2.4 Template
Should be called something more descriptive, such as "Creating Templates"
at the very least make it Templates, so it's clear it's possible to have more than one template
All information can be saved to a template, not just weighting information (whatever that is)
"Setup" should be "set up" ("set up" is a verb, "setup" is a noun)
Please put the figure of the save dialog box in here; don't just refer to it in some other section
2.3 Editing by an Individual Class/Class Section
Should be called Editing the Gradebook
Links refer to this section as Editing gradebook, so the title should reflect that
Section 2.4 is called Editing the Roster, so this section should follow the same grammatical structure
"shows a instructor" should be "show an instructor"
"The option ... are" should be "The option ... is"
"Teacher-assistant and students" should be "Teaching assistants and students"
"The topics includes:" should be "The topics include:"
Last bulleted link should be "Grouping items"
"Items menu bar" should be just "Items menu"
2.3.1 Managing items
Heading needs to be capitalized "Managing Items"
Remove this sentence, as it is redundant with the previous, and the menu items mentioned don't exist: "If the user is adding a category, then the user selects Add->Category or else Add-> Grade Item."
"The system respond" should be "The system responds"
"Grade item[s]" should be changed to "Graded item[s]"
"and whereas" should be just "whereas"
"the set" should be "a set" (there can be more than one)
"with the name CSC 308 because that is the current gradebook" is better written "with the name CSC 308, the name of the current gradebook"
"Details of them are discuss" should be "Details are discussed"
MAJOR: Explain how the instructor creates a category
Easy Grader doesn't magically pull up the category window
They must open the graded item window, and convert it to a category
The "Item Explorer" in the dialog box doesn't show the existing categories in the gradebook; it shows the children of the category being edited
Sentence immediately after Figures 1 and 2 is incomplete
replace the period with a comma to connect it to the next sentence, or change "Assuming" to "Assume"
"Figure 3 has the window of adding" makes more sense as "Figure 3 shows adding"
"So far there has not been any grade item made" should be "So far there have not been any graded items made under the Programs category"
"If the instructor presses the 'OK' button, then a prompt appears to
inform the instructor the category has been made, or press 'Cancel'
button to close the window." should be something like "The instructor presses the OK button to close the window and create the category, or presses the Cancel button to close the window without making a category."
"Details about inheritance is explain" should be "Details about inheritance are explained"
The category is named "Programs," not "Program"
"The Grader" should be changed to "Easy Grader"
"with a grade item under category" should be "with a graded item under a category"
"after adding bunch of categories" should be "after adding a bunch of categories"
2.3.2 Aspects of Managing Items
Link to section 2.3.1 shouldn't be italics
The field is called "Late Policy," not "Late-Policy"
"When the user selects the "Inherit" box from the "Parent" grade item, then every sub grade items has the same..." should be "When the user checks the "Inherit" box for the child graded item, that graded item has the same..."
This sentence is inaccurate: "For example, if Programs has extra credit as "Add to Percentage
Earned", then all the grade items under it has extra credit as "Add to
Percentage Earned" by default."
"If the user enter a grace period 10 days" should be "If the user enters a grace period of 10 days"
"Parent" provides a list of categories, not graded items
"Grade item" should be changed to "graded item"
Remove this sentence, as it is redundant with the next one: "Look at Figure 6 for the example view of the pull-down listings of parent of grade item."
"with CSC 308 listing as" should be just "with CSC 308 as"
The category is called "Homework," not "Homeworks"
"where to place the grade item under" should be "where to place the graded item"
The user doesn't subtract points, Easy Grader does
"And the second one is display" should be "The second one is displayed"
This phrase is inaccurate: "that is "Exponential Decay" which works the same as "Linear Decay" but at a faster rate."
Exponential Decay does not "work the same" as Linear Decay
"if not turn in" should be "if not turned in"
Sentence mentioning Figure 6c is missing a period
"make the grade item to evaluate to the category or to the total class" should be "make the graded item a percentage of the category or the total class"
"The following Figures... shows" should be "The following Figures... show"
"20% of its points to quiz" should be "20% of its points to the quiz"
There are four ways of grading a category, not three
This paragraph has many problems: "There are three ways of grading a category, the first one is
"Traditional" which means regular grading. The second one is
"Progressive" and the system handles progressive by checking for a
condition. The condition is if a student has increasing scores under
that category, then the last score replaces the rest of the grade
items. The last form of grading is drop-lowest score. This form of
grading only drops the lowest score grade item from that category. For
example, if there are 4 programs under the category Programs, and
"Drop-Lowest" is enable for Programs, then the system drops the lowest
one."
There are four ways of grading a category, not three
The comma after "three ways of grading a category" should be the end of the sentence
"which means regular grading" is awkward
"and the system handles progressive by..." makes that sentence a run-on sentence, and is awkward
"the system" should be "Easy Grader"
"progressive" should be "progressive grading"
"is enable" should be "is enabled"
Maximum is not described
a bunch of other general grammatical awkwardness that I don't really want to enumerate here
"The instructor has four options for implementing extra credit. There is" should be just "The instructor has four options for implementing extra credit:"
2.3.3 Editing Items
The instructor is allow" should be "The instructor is allowed"
"Grade items" should be changed to "graded items"
"the Item->Delete" should be either "the Item->Delete menu item" or else just "Item->Delete"
"on the menu bar" should be "from the menu bar"
Figure 1 should not have a white background
MAJOR: The Edit and Delete menu items are disabled if nothing is selected. They never bring up a separate list. This functionality was never discussed, so I have no idea where it came from. This functionality is redundant, as the user has a list of items already in front of them in the first place, in the gradebook or the Item Explorer.
MAJOR: Our document is inconsistent about what happens to the items under a deleted category. This section specifies that the items are also deleted, but section 2.1.1 specifies that the items are moved into the deleted category's parent category.
Other sections' figures should be imported, not simply referred to
"The Grader" should be changed to "Easy Grader"
2.3.4 Grouping Items
Heading doesn't follow our wacky "different levels have different heading sizes" scheme; it's too big
"Grade items" should be changed to "graded items"
MAJOR: Ungroup takes a category and unbundles it, not items under a category.
MAJOR: Group brings up a Category Properties dialog to create a category, not a simple text prompt to choose an existing category.
Figure labels should be below images, not above
2.4 Editing the Roster
"in the SIS server" should be "on the SIS server"
"Shows a instructor" should be "show an instructor"
"The option... are" should be "The option... is"
"Teacher-assistant and students" should be "Teaching assistants and students"
"The topics includes:" should be "The topics include:"
The last link, "And Merging Rosters," should be just "Merging Rosters"
"the "Students" menu bar" should be "the Student menu"
2.4.1 Managing Students
Heading doesn't follow our wacky "different levels have different heading sizes" scheme; it's too big
"the instructor select" should be "the instructor selects"
"The system" should be changed to "Easy Grader"
The ID Number field is not necessarily four digits; it just happens to be four digits in the examples
Figure 3 is a recreated duplicate of a pre-existing image
There is no prompt window to inform the instructor that the student has been added
This is user interface fluff
Make it clear that Cancel does not add the student
"then the grader" should be just "Easy Grader"
"There is no score grade for the grade item therefore no final grade." should be "There are no scores for any graded items, therefore there is no final grade."
Figure 4 is not centered
2.4.2 Editing student
Should be called Editing Students
Heading doesn't follow our wacky "different levels have different heading sizes" scheme; it's too big
"the instructor select" should be "the instructor selects"
"on the menu bar" should be "from the menu bar"
"the information about the student are loaded" should be "the information about the student is loaded"
MAJOR: The Edit and Delete menu items are disabled if nothing is selected. They never bring up a separate list.
This functionality was never discussed, so I have no idea where it came
from. This functionality is redundant, as the user has a list of students
already in front of them in the first place, in the gradebook.
Figure 5 is a recreated duplicate of a pre-existing image
I'm guessing you guys don't like Margaret Chastain? Aww, how sad, she's crying now. :(
Fong Du, fondu -- funny, but Fisher said not to do funny stuff
"edit any changes" should be "make any changes" -- "edit changes" doesn't make sense
Figures 7, 8, and 10 are not centered
"The Grader" should be changed to "Easy Grader"
2.4.3 Grouping Students
Heading doesn't follow our wacky "different levels have different heading sizes" scheme; it's too big
Figure labels should be below images, not above
"teachers" should be changed to "instructors"
"The same operation could be begun with" should be "The same operation can be performed with"
"marked "group properties"" should be "titled "Group Properties""
"ok" should be capitalized "OK"
MAJOR:Grouped students are indented, NOT ungrouped students!
Figures 9 and 10 must be updated to reflect this
Hint: the indentation is 16 pixels
"figure 9" should be capitalized "Figure 9"
2.4.4 Synchronizing Roster
Should be called Synchronizing the Roster
Heading doesn't follow our wacky "different levels have different heading sizes" scheme; it's too big
"When an instructor make" should be "When an instructor makes"
"clicks on the Student->Synchronize Roster on the menu bar" should be "selects the Student->Synchronize Roster menu item"
In Figure 11, the SIS roster should have a scroll bar like the gradebook roster
In Figure 11, the two sides should be labeled "Gradebook Roster" and "SIS Roster" to reflect the text
"The red names and ID informs" should be "The red names inform"
"There is a color green student" should be "there is a green student"
"The instructor may had changed" should be "The instructor may have changed"
"Ok" should be capitalized "OK"
Make it clear that Cancel closes the window without making any changes
"Figure 12a is the how the" should be "Figure 12a is how the"
Her name is "Schnepf, Julie" not "Schneph, Julie"
2.4.5 Merging Rosters
Heading doesn't follow our wacky "different levels have different heading sizes" scheme; it's too big
Menu item reference is in single quotes instead of italics
"in the menu command" should be "from the menu bar"
MAJOR: Figures 12 and 14 use an unauthorized spreadsheet, complete with misaligned columns, a bar down the center, no gray background on item headings, no color coding, and statistics that are nothing like any of the other figures!
Figure 13 is a save dialog, but should be an open dialog.
There is no such thing as an "Easy Grader roster file"
You mean an Easy Grader gradebook file, which has the extension .egb, not .egt
.egt is a template
You're not merging rosters, you're merging everything
"Categories" should be lowercase "categories"
"Grade Items" should be changed to "graded items"
Merging does not create a new file
Therefore, there is no clicking of any Save buttons
Therefore, the file in Figure 14 should be called just "CSC 308-01," the name of the file that we merged CSC 308-02 into
"Groups" should be lowercase "groups"
2.5 Graphs and Curve Adjustment
The link to this section refers to it as simply Graphs. Resolve this naming conflict (either change the heading or the link).
"The Easy Grader" should be changed to "Easy Grader"
"menu-bar" should be "menu bar"
Remove the word "will" in "The graph window will then pops up"
Spell out "2"
"right-side" should be "right side"
F grades do not have thresholds!
Anything below the D- line is an F
There is no such thing as an F+ or F-
The line for B is marked A
2.5.1 Histogram
The window is called Graph, not Graph and Curve Adjustment
"menu-bar" should be "menu bar"
F grades do not have thresholds!
Anything below the D- line is an F
There is no such thing as an F+ or F-
The line for B is marked A
"Slide it along the graph" should be "sliding it along the graph"
These sentences: "In case that the slide bars running into each other, continuing to
slide the bar will cause the next bar that it run into to slide with
it. The bars with eventually merge into one." are ungrammatical. Try: "When the slide bars run into each other, continuing to
slide the bar will cause the next bar to slide with
it. The bars will eventually merge into one."
2.5.2 Pie Chart
The window is called Graph, not Graph and Curve Adjustment
"menu-bar" should be "menu bar"
F grades do not have thresholds!
Anything below the D- line is an F
There is no such thing as an F+ or F-
"Drag it along the graph" should be "dragging it along the graph"
These sentences: "In case that the handles running into each other, continuing to
slide the handle will cause the next handle that it run into to slide with
it. The handles with eventually merge into one." are ungrammatical. Try: "When the handles run into each other, continuing to
slide the handle will cause the next handle to slide with
it. The handles will eventually merge into one."
2.6 Viewing
Should be called Viewing Details
"shows" should be "show"
"varies ways. Including:" should be "various ways, including:"
The link to 2.6.3 should be Expand and Collapse
2.6.1 Item Explorer No problems! Yay!
2.6.2 Statistical Information
All links refer to this section as Statistics. Resolve this naming conflict (either change the heading or the links).
"The Easy Grade" should be changed to "Easy Grader"
"Grade Item" should be changed to "item"
"Grade sheet" should be lowercase "grade sheet"
Reference to Show Statistics menu item is single-quoted instead of italicized
The phrase "from the menu command" makes no sense
Figure 2 has a weird blank space instead of a continuation of the gradebook
Statistics should disappear completely, not collapse to a white bar
2.6.3 Expand and Collapse
Links to this section are incorrectly called "Expand/Collapse(filtering)"; see comments for Table of Contents and 2.6
"User" should be lowercase "user"
"Grade Sheet" should be lowercase "grade sheet"
"Choosing" should be lowercase "choosing"
"Category"/"Categories" should be lowercase "category"/"categories"
2.6.4 Sorting
Headline needs last period removed from section number
"The Grader" should be changed to "Easy Grader"
"menu-bar" should be "menu bar"
"select Sort by..." should be "selectingSort By..."
"A sub-menu will pop up" should be "a submenu pops up"
"Figure 7 and 8" should be "Figures 7 and 8"
Remove this sentence, as this is an implementation detail, not a requirements detail: "The sort is done with stable merge sort algorithm in O(n log n) complexity."
"As a convenient short-cut, the user can also sort a grade item by right-click on each of the grade items and select Sort" should be "As a convenient shortcut, the user can also sort by a grade item by right-clicking on the grade item and selecting Sort"
Figures 7 and 8 don't show any items (this is not possible!)
2.7 Student Interface No problems! Yay!
2.7.1 Student Interface No problems! Yay!
2.7.2 T.A. Interface
Figure shows ID numbers, but T.A. version is not supposed to display ID numbers.
