TrackMyGrades.com is a purely online grade book for teachers. It is designed to accommodate the needs of any professor from elementary school to college. The system can be used by a single professor or by the entire school. It provides a secure student/parent portal for viewing grades. Overall the grading side of the software does a good job is lacking quite a bit in grade curving options and complete lacks the ability of the student to predict grades.

Good Features:

• Looks and functions like a paper grade book. Student names on the left, assignments on the top, and scores in the center
• Ability to import students from multiple file types and formats
• Ability to choose grading scheme: points, percentage, or weighted
• Assignments are grouped into pre-defined categories

Bad Features:

• Grade book didn't show all assignments at the same time, you had to choose a category
• Assignment sorting had to be chosen from options menu and couldn't be changed directly from the grade book

Missing Features:

• There isn't an option to sort grade book by total grades, assignment grades, first and last name
• Histogram of student grades for each assignment and total grades
• Student what if portal to predict grades
• Ability to choose grading scale
• Ability to curve grades
• Versioning / back-ups of the grade book
• Ability to allow student to hand-in files with time stamp
• Add late penalties into grade based hand-in time stamp
