 FIX Perhaps Building should be a combo box so that you don't have to redefine the building every time. If the buildings are "created" elsewhere in the database, then it should be a non-editable combo box. If not, the you should be able to add buildings to the list, but it should still be a combo box. Presumably the buildings are defined with the location grid somewhere
