Appointment Quest has some interesting functionality but it does not allow for auto scheduling. This is a big pitfall since this is one of the most important parts of our new program. The program does however allow for input from both an Admin type figure and a customer. It runs in a web based environment which makes it very accessible to everyone. The visuals seem to imply what things are used for. The system is also fast. Where or not it would stay fast with a heavy load is unknown.

• Only tells you were you have a conflict not how to fix it
• No undo features
• Can make rooms but not specify what they are or what they have
• Limited choice of instructor/specialist
• Customer choses time first
• Cannot chose a recurring appointment
• Cannot chose TBA
• Cannot request a time thats not available at that moment
