The scheduling tool provides the ability to manually set preferences of the schedule through the schedule submenu.
The preferences option allows users to add, edit, and remove schedule preferences.
Clicking the preferences option in the schedule menu opens a new pop up window. Inside there is a listing of
preferences and the buttons to Add, Edit, Save and Remove them:
Preference: Something that the user creates and adds to the scheduler's data, the scheduler generator will try to satisfy these
requirements but are not guarenteed.
Constraint: The fundamental physical limitations which include the restriction of having a professor in 2 rooms at the same time, and
the restriction that there can't be 2 classes in the same room at the same time.
