Scheduler tool records and tabulates two components whereby a schedule may be judged as optimal or not: fairness and quality. A schedule's fairness increases as more professor time and location preferences are satisfied. A schedule's quality increases with the number of schedule preference which are satisfied, along with the degree to which said preferences are satisfied.
