2.3.2 Editing an Existing Course

To edit an existing course, the user must first select which course they want to edit on the Course List Window. The "Edit" button on the bottom of the Course Window won't work unless a single course is selected from the list. To select a course, click once on the desired course and it becomes highlighted. After the course is selected, the "Edit" button becomes usable. After clicking this button, the Add/Edit Course (Figure 2.3.2-1) window appears.

This new window is the same as when a new course is added, but instead of blank text boxes, all of the information for the selected course is already filled in. To change information for the course, simply click on the desired information field and change the text directly. To close and not make any changes, click the "Cancel" Button. To close this window and update the courses database with the new information, click the "OK" button.
