2.9.5. Opening Multiple Workspaces

To open a workspace see Opening a Workspace.  Opening another workspace follows the same procedure as opening the first workspace. The only difference when viewing the workspace is that all status windows will be dependant on which workspace is active.  Only one workspace can be active at a time; a workspace is active when the user clicks on any window specific to that workspace.

When multiple workspaces are open there are two more viable options in the menu bar (Figure 2.9.1-1), the Save All and the Close AllSave All works the same as Save, but will do it for all workspaces simultaneously.  Close All will close all open workspaces.
