The user imports a classroom database by using the menu bar, as shown in Figure 2.1-1. The user goes through 'File > Import > Classrooms' to initiate the import process.

A new window appears allowing the user to browse files on the server and select the classroom database to be imported, as shown in Figure 2.3.5-1.

The user has selected a classroom database to import, and is taken to the Classrooms window, as shown in Figure 2.5.1-6. The classrooms in the imported database have been updated and are displayed.
