The user imports a course database by using the menu bar, as shown in Figure 2.1-1. The user goes through 'File > Import > Courses' to initiate the import process.

A new window appears allowing the user to browse files on the server and select the Course Database to be imported, as shown in Figure 2.3.5-1.

The user has selected a course database to import, and is taken to the Courses window, as shown in Figure 2.3.1-4. The courses in the imported database have been updated and are displayed.
