2.4.5 Importing an Instructor Database

The user imports an instructor database by using the menu bar, as shown in Figure 2.1-1. The user goes through 'File > Import > Instructors' to initiate the import process.

A new window appears allowing the user to browse files on the server and select the workspace file which holds the instructor database to be imported, as shown in Figure 2.3.5-1.

After the instructor database has been imported, the user is taken to the Instructors window, as shown in Figure 2.4.1-5. The instructors in the imported database have been updated and are displayed.
