2.3 Database Management

The schedules will be automatically generated based on the information from the following databases. Please note the difference between the permanent database and a per term database. The permanent room database has a list of all rooms and times that are available to the department; the per-term room database may be edited as necessary for a given term, e.g., by adding rooms that are requested in addition to the ones available in the permanent database. The following databases are the permanent databases that will be copied and edited before generating a schedule for the given term.
