Items in any database with a security setting of `Admin' will be
allowed to change or modify any item. The prefrences in the instructor view my be
changed by the owning instructor with a security setting of 'Instructor' or
a security setting of 'Admin'. The central host passwords of any user must
be kept secure from viewing or modification by any other Scheduler Tool user, and
from any user at all on the central host.
3.2.2. Simplicity versus Power
On a spectrum of simple-to-use versus powerful, the Scheduler Tool is heavily on
the side of simple. Users are assumed to be able to enter in entries into
the databases or be able to manipulate old schedules.
