    1. test takers
    2. test administrators
    3. system administrators
  2. project managers
  3. domain experts
  4. system analysts
  5. system developers

The end users group of system personnel are the final uses of the finished Test Tool product. The test takers are the final end users of the Test Tool who will take the tests administered by the test administrators. The test administrators are responsible for creating questions for the database, creating test from these questions, and administering these tests to the test takers. The system administrators' responsibilities are to oversee operation of the Test Tool system and deal with various technical problems which could arise during use of the Test Tool.

Project managers consists of CSC 402 students who are involved in the development of the Test Tool system. The project managers work closely with CSC 205 students acting as mentor thoughout the design and implementation process. CSC 402 managers also have Dr. Clark Turner and Dr. Gene Fisher acting as their managers.

The domain experts for this project include Dr. Clark Turner, Dr. Gene Fisher, and 402 software engineering students. Their job is to oversee the Test Tool creation and coordinate the design process.

The system analysts for the Test Tool are the software engineering 205 and 402 students. Their job is to design the Test Tool and write up the requirements documentation according to customer interviews.

System developers are the software engineering students in CSC 206 and CSC 403 students. They will be the one implementing the design of 205 and 402 students. They will see the design through to the finished product.
