1. Monday:
   1. Go over week 1 schedule and tasks

2. Review the 'Deployment' phase of the software engineering process, as introduced in Fisher's 308 class

   Wednesday:

   1. Discussion of latest input from Tim, as recorded in email exchanged among Tim, Jon, and Gene.
   2. Discussion of design refinements, based on Tim's input.
      1. Jon and Eric lead discussion of revised mesh and middleware design.
      2. Elliot presents latest mock-up ideas on Monitor GUI.
      3. Everyone discusses communication between Middleware and Monitor

3. Friday:
   1. Further brief discussion of seminar papers and the seminar presentation schedule.
   2. Discussion of conventions for using the GitHub project wiki.
   3. Brief discussion of latest wiki postings on scheduling and requirements for deployment phase 1.
      1. IMPORTANT NOTE: Based on Tim's near-term availability, deployment phase 1 is rescheduled from April 22 to April 15.
      2. Given this rescheduling, the remainder of lecture and lab time today is devoted to working with teams on design and implementation of the phase 1 deployment artifact.
