Specification Review and Group Formation

  1. 
Review the 508 requirements and specification in
kdat:~gfisher/projects/alpha/inferno.

    

  2. 
Review the 509 designs and implementations from Winter 1999.  We will reuse and
refine these designs, based on the new Fall 1999 requirements.  Note that
existing designs are in C++, which will be translated into Java this quarter.

    

  3. 
Choose a major project working group and specific project area.  You may choose
to continue your project from 508, or you may change projects.

    

  4. 
Prioritize the tasks of the project, in consultation with the product customer
(Fisher); initial customer meetings will be held during lecture on Wednesday 5
January, as determined in the first class meeting.
