Open the .idr file, using 'All Files' selection in file-open dialog.

Figure out what has to be done to get fonts uniform, to 11 or 12 point most
likely.

Change fixed fonts to chalkboard, user-supplied to monaco or other fixed width.

Change date to 2009.

Save a copy in ai subdir as ai native file.

Export a copy as jpeg, quality 8, resolution 100 DPI (or perhaps 90 or 95 DPI;
this needs to be empircally determined a bit further).  10aug12 update: 100 DPI
looks good to me; not sure what I had in mind eariler regaring the "empircally
determined a bit further".
