Subject: Discussion of Screenshots/Requirements
Present: Bryon & Rick Excused:

Minutes: Rick & Bryon met to discuss progress made with storyboarding and re-confirm important key-concepts of the tool. Bryon presented his work and the two extensively analysed the tools design, functionality, etc.. Issues arrising from this meeting were the following: 1. The need to make changes to the tools main menu bar. The removal of the of the "Pallets" and the "Project" menu items. Rick & Bryon both agreed they could be converged into a new menu entitled "View" with the following format: View | V +-Toolbars... | V +-Canvas... | V +-Layers... 2. The incorporation of the Navigator format in the tool. They decided that it would be best to have a Canvas Navigator which gives the user full control over the Canvas' Layers. This window would require complete overhaul. Rick will see this through and Bryon will do the screen shot. 3. Merge the fill properties with the format menu. This is intuitive since these same properties are available from this menu for drawing lines. Bryon's job. 4. Removal of the "move" tool in the pallet. It would make the process slower if there was a need to continually select the move tool. It will be inheritantly included. Bryon's job. 5. Don't allow access to other projects from the run menu. Just bump up the current project selection with Canvas and Layer. Bryon's job. 6. We agreed to not allow animation or behavior, but to allow customization of the Widget pallet. 7.

The meeting ajourned after some further discussion of responsibilities. It was decided that the following scenarios would be implemented: "New Project" - with creation of new layers. "Sensitizing" - and the Canvas Navigator "Run" - show the canvas layers window "Drawing Tools" - widget/draw tools "Widget Customize" - create a new widget for the pallet.
