1

Tools -> Scripteditor

   Run the Scripteditor with any

   selected component

   type.

A Script Editor dialog with tabs for each button mouse event.

(Left Mouse up, Left Mouse

down, etc.)

General behavior

There is no ‘OK’ or

Cancel buttons on the dialog.  Closing the window binds the script to that component.

2

Tools -> Scripteditor

   Run the Scripteditor with 2

   selected component

   types.

3

Tools -> Scripteditor

   Run the Scripteditor on a

   Component after a script has

   already been created for that

   component.

The new Script is the one

associated with the given mouse

Action.

Interleave

Once the script editor is invoked, it has to be turned of, the component re-selected, and then invoked again.

This is a little annoying.

NOTE:

Toggling Edit/Run mode from the Menubar only is really slow and aggravating.

Perhaps a toolbar button would serve better.

I think it was:

    ScriptEditor: button

    Didn’t turn off script editor

    Tried to run script editor

          Again on same

          Component.

    Got a “Please select a

          Component Jdialog”

    Selection box frozen on

     Screen.

Selection tool froze up, no response from Component Tool Bar
