This window is used to scedule meetings by the group administrator.  The
Group administrator uses the scroll bar, next to committee name, to check
the group for which the meeting is to be set.  Once the Committee is
selected, the committee members names will appear in the designated window.
The group administrator sets any two of the following: time, date, and
location.  The variable that is not set will be that for which the
calendar will search.
