- Visio?
- Not Photoshop.
- Illustrator?
- If we're unfamiliar to drawing editors, paper is better than spening the week learning drawing software.

Intro:

no admin user - if possible.
No specific grading admins, just sys admins.
TA category
   change scores.
   can't add or subtract students / assignments.
   can't change structure in general.
Handin should be mentioned.
   Remember automatic entry.
   Apply late policy.



Problem:

Don't mention Excel, if possible.
Avoid superlatives - under promise and over deliver.
Wants to see direct manipulation of the graphics.
Automatic SIS interaction.
   Logging onto SIS takes way too long for an instructor.
Search: Do we need one?
   Classes aren't that big.
   Plain text search?
     Not a big deal.



Personnel:

No parents.
   Add "Other" category
   TA category



Setting:

We do have a specific setting
   Triple tiered
      Universities - Poly - CS
   Instructors' computers,



Impacts:

Students could hack the turnin date.


Questions:

No seating chart
No distinct attendance
   Offer download of class lists to other tools
Likes backups - make them visible

Sections of classes - he liked the idea we had. Must be able to treat multiple sections as one class.

One grade sheet - one curve.

SIS resubmission must be un-bundled.

   Dialog for adding / editing a student or assignment.
   Student version
   Histogram / Pie chart.

Avoid areas we aren't sure of.
