The HP CD burner I purchased came with a CD label applicator
but the directions were very brief and vague. Maybe I'm a moron, but it
wasn't at all
obvious to me how to use it. Eventually I worked out the
procedure below.
Here's a step-by-step pictorial of how I do it. Perhaps someone else will find this helpful. Let me know if you have a better technique.
