Individual Status Reporting Procedure

All Lucky Strike Software team members are to submit an individual status report every week on Sunday between 12 pm and 11:59 pm to the team email address, LuckyStrikeSoftware@hotmail.com.� Status reports are to contain the following:

• Subject line that includes the text "Individual Status Report" followed or proceeded by your name

• All project related activities (categorized; i.e. testing, implementation, etc.) that you engaged in during the week as well as if it was completed or not

• If the activity was not completed explain why as well as when you expect to complete it

• The amount of time spent on each activity that week

• The total amount of time spent on project related activities that week

If an individuals status report fails to meet any of the above criteria the individual may be asked to resubmit it with the necessary information.

Note:� A week is defined as Monday at 12:00 am to Sunday (when the status report is submitted).

Individual Status Report for Sean Pinto � Week 5

Implementation � 3 hrs. �INCOMPLETE (Presentation for another class, will complete and submit by tomorrow)

Unit Testing � 2 hrs.� COMPLETED
Homework and Readings � 1.5 hrs. COMPLETED

Total � 6.5 hrs.
