You may hand write your solutions to the exercises below, but you work must be neat, legible, and orderly.

  1. Study the form and directions for time recording contained in TimeLog.doc (Microsoft Word Document).  Also read the Time Recording Log FAQ.
  2. Below are links to some sample student Time Log forms.  For each example, identify the mistakes the student made completing the form (if any).

  4. Study the Defect Tally form and directions for defect recording.  Also read the Defect Recording Log FAQ.
