Semiformal

What: This semiformal is open to Cal Poly students of all majors! It is a Mocktail theme (think cocktail party, but dry).
When: Friday, May 30, 2008 from 7-11pm
Where: Bonderson 107
Cost: $10 for singles, $15 for couples (defined as 2 people)

We had some great social events earlier this year including:

Bowling with IEEE

On October 22, 2007 we went bowling at Mustang Lanes with IEEE. It was FREE for SWE members.

Halloween Social

On October 31, 2007 there was a Halloween Social after the SWE meeting. Members came in costume, and there were many fun games.

Heidi Chronicles

SWE joined with other diversity clubs to watch this drama at the PAC. It was a great time to meet new people and watch this coming of age story unfold.

Hot Cocoa/Birthday Kit Night

Thanks to all of those who donated items for the Birthday Kits that were sent to the Women's Shelter in SLO. Everyone had a chance to make an impact, while having a good time drinking hot cocoa and learning valuable resume tips from a Boeing recruiter.

Inter-club Hike

SWE hiked Montaña de Oro with other diversity clubs on campus (SBES, AISES, SHPE) on Sunday, March 9 at 11 am. If you're interested in future hikes, let us know!
