Meetings

Meetings are held on Tuesdays from 7:30-8:30 pm Fall 2008 in Building 52 room E26.

Previous Years

Last year, Both of cal poly teams tied for first place. Working with Walt Disney Imagineering and Lockheed Martin.

In 2007-2008, Cal Poly took 2nd place at Nationals, working with Stryker Endoscopy. The project goal was to rennovate arthroscopic surgical instruments.

Cal Poly's 2006-2007 took 1st place at Nationals working with Walt Disney Imagineering. The challenge was to create a device to inspect weld points on three of Disney's roller coaster tracks. Weld point smoothness must be examined to ensure a comfortable ride, so this device will serve an important role. The fact that the device needed to be adaptable to fit onto three completely different roller coaster tracks made this quite a challenging and exciting project!
