About The Program
For my program I wanted to create a simple soccer training field that the user would be able to interact with. My world includes a hierachical dummy model juggling a soccer ball, a goal, and some training equipment all over the field.
I also included some spectactor benches, and trees (with textures) located behind the goal to enhance the background scene. Also, with each obj model I applied different materials
to give a more realistc color output.
Computer Graphic Technologies
A few of the technologies used in my project include:
- Particle System (Snow effect simulation)
- Texture Mapping(Skybox, trees, bench)
- Blinn-Phong Shading (Different Materials used)
- Hierarchical Modeling (Dummy animating)
- Bezier/Spline Curves (Simple tour of scene)
Simple Key Controls
- First-Person Fly-By Camera - WASD
Move View Right/Left (A and D keys)
- Spline Path (G key)
- Alternate material on dummy (M key)
- Dummy Movement - left, right, up, down (Arrow keys)
Jump (space key), Rotate (J key)
