What is going on

Watch as this useless limb sack frolics around a nowhere box with no discernible goal. He's cel shaded (you know, like a cartoon), hierarchically modeled (I don't know what either of these words mean, but I think they're good), and his shadow is fake; he doesn't do shadows right. His wife left him for a mediocre Uber driver from Little Rock (not a graphics feature, just useful information).
