Dance Boy Dance!

Project Overview

I created an animation of a boy dancing. He can dance in several different styles that can be triggered by keyboard events. The boy can dance in the following styles: ballet, yoga/aerobic fitness, breakdancing, and gymnastics. This project makes use of hierarchical modeling as well as spotlight lighting. Spotlight lighting can be seen in his ballet and gymnastics routines.

Lessons Learned

• It takes a lot of time to create animations with hierarchically modeled objects
• Using other people's obj files can be difficult and you might have to figure out some work-arounds
