Dynamic paint for Maya recreates Blenders Dynamic Paint using a mix of
Mel scripting and C++. Fluid simulation algorithm is based off of Jos Stam's
"Real Time Fluid Dynamics for Games."
Features:
Interacts with Maya's built-in particle systems to bake out textures and
bump maps that use fluid simulation to create the effect of actual paint
Allows the user to specify an image to paint rather than a solid color for
interesting visuals such as freezing, burning, or petrifying effects.
Mel scripted GUI with step-by-step instructions on how to use the Maya plugin.
