PSP 2 Process Script
The PSP 2 Process Script is the same as the PSP 1 Process Script,
with these exceptions:
- you estimate defects during the Plan phase.
- you add a Code Review phase after Code and before Compile.
- you calculate process quality metrics during Postmortem phase.
You should use the PSP
1 Process Script, except:
- follow the Directions
for estimating defects during the Plan phase.
- follow the Code
